We have an end-to-end production facility for manufacuring our pumps. From furnaces to testing, it's an exclusive facility. We have state-of-the-art Lathes, CNC lathes, Drilling machines, Milling machines, Balancing machines and Boring machines. We follow ISI / ASME / DIN / BS Standards.

CD4MCu eroded in PO1, PO2 & PO3 Pumps - Life improved from 2 months to more than 6 months.   Frequent failure of components & Seal in FSA Scrubber Pumps, FSA 18%, 11% & Sump Pumps - Smooth operation for the past 2 years. Payback is less than 1 year.   DAP P/N Slurry Pump with heavy vibration & high power consumption. Efficiency around 20% only. Severe Bearing failure and rubbing of components - None of those issues and more than 18 months of continuous operation now.

Acid Pumps

World's first metallic phosphoric acid plant, Hexafluorosilicic acid also known as Hydrofluorosilicic Acid, FSA or HFS(H2SiF6) HH & DH application pumps.    Absolutely trouble free vertical phosphoric acid cold well / hot well pumps.    Heavy duty phosphoric acid filter feed, recirculation, cross-feeder pumps in continuous operation for 2+ YEARS.    Common model phosphoric acid filtration area, acid transfer, sludge pumps in continuous operation for 5+ YEARS.   

Pumps in operation for 3 to 10 years

Copper & Zinc plant slurry pumps with a proven record of 5+ YEARS of continuos operation.    Very efficient DAPS/NPC scrubber pumps in high ammonia emission areas.    Steam jacketed PN & PR slurry pumps with a record of 3.5 YEARS of continuous operation.   

2-5% consistency stock pumps with 10+ YEARS of trouble free continuous operation.    12-14% medium consistency stock pumps with inbuilt vacuum rotor design with a proven record of 10+ YEARS in operation.    Center supported high temperature pulp digester circulation, evaporator circulation, steam jacketed 60% solid black liquor applications pumps with a proven record of 10+ YEARS of continuous operation.   

Our API 610 10th edition heavy duty refinery pumps handle high temperatures, has high energy efficiency, result of a robust reliable design.  

CAPABILITY.

1. We make heavy duty, energy efficient, custom designed trouble free pumps with minimum variant models.

2. In a single casting we can handle 2 tons of high alloys.

3. We have complete in-house machining facility with CNC.

4. We are equipped with 75 Kg, 300 Kg, 1 Ton and 10 Ton dynamic computerized balancing machines for pre-season balancing.

5. We have a full-fledged testing facility capable of up to 650KW with flow meters, pressure transducers and data loggers.

OUR PROJECTS.

MPC, Saudi Arabia - 20 FSA Metallic and Acid Pumps.  JIFCO, Jordan - Replacement of exsisting Pumps with Low Speed 600 rpm Filter Feed Pumps in Hastalloy G-30 (4 nos).  ICS, Senegal - Replacement of existing Pumps for Filtration, Cold well, Hot well and Sump Pumps (30 nos). 

We are currently manufacturing 24 two stream pumps for entire DAP project for Deepak Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd,India.  For Birla Copper PAP plant, India, we are replacing all exsisting pumps in Cold well & Hot well.
